FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I RSVP?
The first step to RSVPing is booking your cruise with our coordinator. Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a reservation number and stateroom number—both of which are required when you complete your RSVP on our wedding website. Simply head to the RSVP section on the Homepage, enter your information, and let us know your attendance.
If you’re not quite ready to book yet, don’t worry! We are also accepting soft RSVPs, which just let us know you’re interested in attending. Formal RSVPs won’t be requested until early 2026, so there’s no pressure to complete a formal RSVP right now.
That said, we do recommend booking early. Staterooms are limited, and booking ahead not only secures your spot but also gives you more choice in location and plenty of time to pay it off. Currently, you only need 10% down to reserve, with the balance due 90 days before sailing—so you have lots of flexibility in how you make payments.
What is a soft RSVP?
A soft RSVP lets us know you’re planning to celebrate with us, even if you haven’t booked your cruise yet. It’s simply an expression of interest—no pressure or commitment right now.
If you’re ready, you can absolutely formally RSVP now by booking your cruise with our coordinator and then filling out the RSVP form with your reservation number and stateroom number. However, we don’t expect formal RSVPs until early 2026, when official invitations will go out.
The soft RSVP just helps us get an idea of numbers while everyone has time to plan, book, and prepare.
Can I change my soft RSVP?
Of course! A soft RSVP is simply a way to let us know you’re interested in attending, and we completely understand that plans can change. You’re welcome to update your response at any time.
When you’re ready to formally RSVP after booking your cruise, you’ll just need to fill out the RSVP form again with your reservation number and stateroom information. Until then, feel free to adjust your soft RSVP as needed.
When should I book my cruise?
We recommend booking your cruise as early as possible! Staterooms are limited, and booking early not only secures your spot but also gives you the best choice of location on the ship.
Right now, you only need 10% down to reserve, and you have until 90 days before sailing to pay off the full balance. This gives you plenty of flexibility in how often and how much you pay. Booking early also gives you more time to plan, pick the room you love, and enjoy peace of mind knowing your spot is secured for our wedding celebration!
When is the RSVP deadline?
The deadline to RSVP is August 1, 2026. By this date, we’ll need to know whether you’ll be joining us so we can finalize our plans with Disney Cruise Line and make sure everything is set for the celebration.
If you’re not prepared to formally RSVP at this time, that’s okay. You can always submit a soft RSVP first to let us know you’re interested, and then confirm once your cruise is booked.
How do I book my cruise?
Booking your cruise is easy and stress-free with our dedicated coordinator, Adrianna!
You’re more than welcome to do your own research and pick a specific stateroom by browsing the Disney Cruise Line website, and then let Adrianna know your choice. But you don’t have to—just tell her your budget, preferences, or any special requests, and she’ll help you find the perfect room.
All bookings must go through Adrianna. Guests who try to book directly through Disney Cruise Line won’t be included in our wedding celebration. Once you’ve connected with her, she’ll guide you through the process, explain payment options, and make sure you’re all set for an amazing trip.
To get started, email Adrianna at: adrianna@everlastingtravelco.com
Do I have to pay for the cruise?
Yes. Guests are responsible for their own cruise fare and any onboard expenses. This is because the cruise itself is your travel and accommodations, separate from our wedding celebration.
That said, we’ve made booking as easy and flexible as possible! You only need 10% down to reserve your stateroom, and you have until 90 days before sailing to pay the balance. Booking early gives you the best choice of rooms and more time to plan your payments comfortably.
To help manage costs, you’re welcome to split a stateroom with another guest, or bring a companion along. A companion is someone who can join you on the cruise but will not attend any of the wedding events and are not considered a plus-one.
Can I bring a plus-one?
We’re so honored you’ll be joining us on our special day! Due to space limitations at our wedding venue, we’re only able to accommodate those formally listed on the invitation. If a plus one has been extended to you, it will appear when you RSVP through our website.
However, since this is a destination wedding on a Disney Cruise, you are welcome to travel with a companion who can share your stateroom and enjoy the cruise itself. Please note that only invited guests will be included in the wedding events, such as the ceremony and reception.
What is a companion?
A companion is someone who can join you on the cruise but will not attend any of the wedding events. This is not the same as a plus-one for the wedding. It’s simply a way for you to have someone accompany you on the ship.
Are children invited?
Children are welcome to join you on the cruise, but the ceremony and reception will be adults-only celebrations. While you attend the wedding events, your kids can have a blast at Disney’s onboard kids clubs.
Ages 3 to 10 can enjoy the Oceaneer Club, tweens 11 to 14 can hang out at Edge, teens 14 to 17 can check out Vibe, and little ones 6 months to 3 years old can be cared for in the “It’s a Small World” Nursery. Disney offers tons of fun activities and entertainment, so your kids will be in great hands while you celebrate with us!
What if I can’t find an answer to my question (dress code, hotel room blocks, registry, etc.)?
More information will be added to the website as we get closer to the sailing date, so if you don’t see an answer yet—don’t worry! Keep checking back, especially once formal invitations go out in early 2026, when we’ll have all the final details ready for you.
