BOOKING YOUR CRUISE
Adrianna is our dedicated Disney Cruise planner and the only person authorized to book staterooms for our wedding group.
Every guest must book through Adrianna to be officially linked to the wedding group.
This ensures you’re included in all private wedding-day activities, group dining, and onboard events. Guests who book outside of Adrianna (such as through Disney directly, a third-party site, or another travel agent) will not be recognized as part of our wedding party by Disney Cruise Line, and unfortunately cannot attend the ceremony or celebration events.
Adrianna will guide you through every step, from pricing and stateroom selection to deposits and linking your reservation, so everything is seamless.
Email: adrianna@everlastingtravelco.com
When reaching out, mention that you’re booking for “Christine & Carter’s Wedding” so she can connect you to the correct group.
Adrianna will share the available room categories and current pricing. You can choose based on deck, view (inside, oceanview, or verandah), and number of guests.
Once you’ve selected your stateroom, Adrianna will send your official Disney Cruise Line quote and secure your reservation with a deposit.
Only 10% of your total cruise fare is required upfront to hold your room and lock in your rate. Adrianna will walk you through the payment process and confirm once your reservation is officially secured.
You’ll then have until 90 days before sailing to pay the remaining balance in full. Adrianna can also help you set up flexible payment installments if you’d like to spread out your balance over time.
Once your stateroom is officially booked through Adrianna, you’ll receive a confirmation number and be added to our wedding group.
After that, it’s time to finalize your RSVP on the homepage of our wedding website.
Please complete your RSVP form using the same name(s) listed on your invitation.
The RSVP form will collect:
• Your attending status
• Stateroom and reservation numbers
• Dining preference and T-shirt size
If you need to update your travel details later (new stateroom, change of dining time, etc.), you can return to this form anytime to edit your response.
CRUISE ITINERARY
Day 1 – Embark & Explore
Board the ship, settle into your stateroom, and start exploring! Grab lunch, check out the pools, and enjoy the Sail-Away Celebration as we officially begin our wedding cruise.
Day 2 – Wedding Day (Nassau, Bahamas)
The big day! The ship will be docked in Nassau while we celebrate our wedding onboard.
Please keep 12:00 PM–3:00 PM open for all wedding events, including the ceremony, photos, and celebration.
Wedding Day Timeline (approximate):
- 12:30 PM: Guest seating
- 1:00 PM: Wedding Ceremony onboard the Disney Wish
- 1:30–2:30 PM: Toasts, cake cutting, and group photos
Afterward, the rest of the day is yours to celebrate and explore. That evening, the ship transforms for Pirate Night — complete with themed dining, deck parties, and fireworks at sea to end the wedding day in true Disney style.
Day 3 – Castaway Cay
Wake up in paradise! Spend the day at Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island in the Bahamas.
Join us for a Group Beach Lunch in the afternoon. After lunch, the day is completely yours to swim, snorkel, rent bikes, or nap in a hammock.
Day 4 – At Sea
A full, open day to enjoy the ship. Sleep in, visit the spa, catch a movie, or lounge by the pool.
Day 5 – Return to Port
Enjoy breakfast onboard before disembarking. From there, you’re free to head home... or extend the magic with a few extra days in Florida.
GETTING TO THE PORT
Departure Port: Port Canaveral
Recommended Airport: Orlando International Airport (MCO)
MCO is the main airport serving Port Canaveral, located about 1 hour from the cruise terminal.
We recommend arriving in Florida at least one day before embarkation to avoid any unexpected travel delays. Guests often stay near the Orlando airport or in Cocoa Beach for easy access to the port.
Transportation Options:
Disney Transfers: Disney Cruise Line offers transportation options for eligible hotels and resorts for an additional cost. These motorcoaches run mostly from Walt Disney World Resorts and select nearby hotels, offering seamless transportation (and luggage handling!) straight to the ship.
Rideshare: Port Canaveral is also accessible by Uber, Lyft, or private car services.
Driving Yourself: Parking is available at the cruise terminal for an additional daily fee.
HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS
For our guests who are flying in or would like to stay the night in Orlando prior to embarkation, there are several nearby options to make your travel to the port easy and comfortable. You can choose to stay closer to Orlando International Airport (MCO) for convenience or near Port Canaveral if you’d like to be right by the ship before we sail.
We are currently working with Disney and a few partner hotels to set up potential room blocks and group rates for our guests.
More information will be shared when formal invitations go out in early 2026.
